Experience a beautiful earth mandala and explore the power of connected breathwork and sound in this nourishing two-hour workshop. You’ll be guided to ground yourself, deepen your connection to the earth, and journey through breath practices designed to calm the nervous system and soothe the soul.

Open to all levels, this workshop offers a nurturing balance of yin, mindful movement, breathwork, and sound. It’s an invitation to slow down, tune in, and softly explore what it means to be present in your body and your life.

Please note: Connected beathwork is a safe yet sometimes intense practice and is therefore recommended for those who are age 18+.

The most intense mouth breathing is contraindicated in pregnancy and the following medical conditions: severe psychiatric conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or psychosis, active PTSD, severe osteoporosis, epilepsy, heart conditions or arrhythmia, pre-existing lung conditions including severe asthma or COPD, recent major surgery, history of detached retina, high or very low blood pressure (with a history of fainting).
