Join us for a summer evening designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect. Surrounded by greenery, you’ll be guided through a calming sound bath experience, enhanced with subtle, intuitive Reiki to support deep rest and nervous system regulation.

This is your invitation to pause in the middle of summer’s busyness—and root back into yourself.

Each guest will also receive a take-home plant, offering a living reminder of the space you created here.

• Gentle arrival, grounding, and energy settling
• 45–50 minute immersive sound bath with integrated Reiki
• Space to rest, reset, and receive both sound and subtle energy
• A curated plant to take home with you 🌱
• Lavender lemonade and light snacks will be served following the experience 🍋🌿

No prior experience needed—just come as you are.

• Yoga mat, blanket, pillow or anything to keep you comfortable. Yoga mats will not be provided
• Blankets and disposable eye maks will be provided
• Optional: Water bottle

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in
• Late entry will not be permitted.
• This is a relaxation-based wellness experience and not a therapy session
