ROOTED: A Dynamic Choreo Experience

Join The Spinning Rose for a 90-minute sensual and dynamic pole dance choreography workshop focused on storytelling through movement, floorwork, transitions, and fluidity between levels on the pole.

This experience will include:
✧ Guided warm up
✧ Dynamic sensual choreography
✧ Floorwork elements
✧ Movement quality & storytelling
✧ Transitions from floor to standing + standing to floor
✧ Modifications for various levels

Heels are recommended but not required.
Knee pads and socks recommended.
