Eric's Root to Rise: power vinyasa to Inversions classes are Intermediate to Advanced levels, but all are welcome. Root to Rise includes a blend of dynamic sequences like the sun salutations, balancing postures and other vibrant postures to wake the mind and body connection. Class will utilize deep breathing, core work, yoga drills and other fluid sequences to lead you safely to inversions and arm balancing. The science of yoga and philosophies of vinyasa yoga will be interwoven with your moving meditation. All are welcome to try and harness the power of this moving meditation.
