Just as a tree cannot stand without roots the light cannot exist without the dark. On this darkest day of the year there is great opportunity to work with these polarities. Cacao ceremony is a sacred rite to ground and open the heart center. We will strengthen our roots and connect to the energy of Pacha Mama, Mother Earth. Connected to this energy one may fortify the foundation on which the upper chakras stand. Once we have our base solidified ascension to meet Father Sky in the heavens is possible.
This workshop includes a cacao ceremony and Kundalini yoga practice. Michelle will lead you through a specifically sequenced Kriya (set of exercises), breath work and mantra meditation. This practice will focus on climbing the ladder of the chakras using the unique celestial properties of the solstice. This will culminate in an opening of the crown chakra to enable spiritual ascension.
