WHAT TO EXPECTThis is a grounded, intentional cacao ceremony designed to support presence, awareness, and embodied regulation.
During this 90-minute experience, you can expect:
• Warm ceremonial-grade cacao, served mindfully
• A guided arrival with breath and grounding practices
• All-levels, intentional yoga movement designed to help you connect to your body and support the natural movement of energy
• Sound healing using earthy, organic instruments, including:
– Crystal singing bowls
– Tongue drum
– Ocean drum
– Kenari seed shakers
• Periods of stillness and rest to integrate
• A closing that allows you to transition back into your day feeling clear, connected, and steady
No prior yoga or cacao experience is required.
