Join Kim Lawlor and Sharon Peterson for a nourishing 90-minute journey through the 7 primary chakras. Together, we'll nurture and restore the body moving from the root chakra to the crown chakra using gentle movement, restorative yoga poses, breath, and Reiki healing energy.
The practice will begin with grounding breathwork and mindful centering. We’ll then explore each chakra with gentle movement to awaken energy, followed by a supported restorative pose that allows opening of the chakra and release of stored up negative energy. During each restorative pose, Kim and Sharon will share Reiki healing energy to promote deep relaxation and stress relief.
Participants are invited to explore each chakra with curiosity and compassion, creating space for balance, release, and renewal. We'll focus on each chakra for 8-10 minutes.
The workshop concludes with an extended 15-minute Savasana, allowing time to fully integrate the practice and leave feeling grounded, centered, and restored.
This workshop is for all levels; no prior yoga experience is required.
