On the weekend of the Summer Solstice — when daylight reaches its peak — we’re invited into a powerful moment of fullness, illumination, and expansion. The midpoint of the year offers a natural pause: a chance to reflect on what has taken shape, reconnect with what matters most, and choose how we want to move forward into the second half of the year.
Join us for a nourishing 3-hour Summer Solstice vision board workshop designed to help you realign, celebrate your growth, and step forward with clarity and confidence.
We’ll begin with a grounding slow flow yoga practice, breathwork, and meditation to help you settle into your body and create space for insight. From there, we’ll move into guided journaling and reflection — honoring what has grown, releasing what feels misaligned, and clarifying what you want to amplify in the months ahead.
Using thoughtfully curated materials, you’ll create a vision board that reflects not what you think you should be striving for — but what feels authentic, alive, and ready to be expressed now.
If you joined us earlier this year, this solstice gathering offers a meaningful midpoint check-in — an opportunity to notice what has blossomed, what has shifted, and where your energy now wants to flow. And if this is your first time, you’re stepping in at a moment rich with light and possibility.
We’ll close the afternoon with a deeply restorative yoga nidra, allowing your reflections and intentions to integrate and settle.
All vision board materials and light snacks will be provided. Bring a journal and pen — a place to witness what is ready to shine.
No prior experience with yoga or vision boards is required — simply come as you are.
