Rooted in Joy is a gathering dedicated to Black women who need to pause, breathe, and embrace Joy in all phases of life. the WEBE annual community retreat serves as a sanctuary where participants can shed societal expectations while nurturing their mind, body, and spirit.

Attendees will experience guided relaxation practices, wellness dialogues, meaningful connections, and permission to simply exist. Our gatherings honor the profound power choosing JOY no matter what life brings.
