Root Collective Flow: A Somatic Movement Class

Join us in person for an intuitive movement practice. Here, the focus is less on mastering poses, and instead on helping you rebuild your brain-body connection by feeling subtle sensations and emotions that live in our physical bodies.

This class allows you to re-learn the language of your body so that you can begin listening and supporting its needs.

No experience needed—just bring yourself, a jounral, and a mat! Come move, breathe, and feel to heal.

Class will begin at 4:45 pm, but feel free to arrive 15 minutes early to set up, get comfortable in the space, and mingle if you like. This class is donation-based, pay what/how you can.
