Do you ever feel anxious, ungrounded, or out of control in your life? These are signs that your root chakra may be out of balance. The root chakra is our energetic foundation — it governs our sense of safety, security, stability, support and connection to the body.
Join Ash for a 2-hour immersive workshop designed to help you reconnect to your foundation and embody groundedness through both education and movement.
We’ll explore the 3 energetic states of the root chakra — deficient, excessive, and balanced — and how your life experiences may shape them. Through guided reflection and a creative demonstration, we’ll connect the dots between energy, and embodiment. You’ll walk away with practical tools to help recognize and rebalance your energy.
Step onto your mat and into your body. This all-levels flow will guide you through each chakra state using movement, breath, and props. You’ll explore what it feels like to be grounded, and deeply rooted — and how to return to center with the support of grounding postures, rhythm, and presence.
