Join us for the 1st in our special 7 chakra guided meditation & sound bath events.
Every month from February till August, we will be working through a beautiful series of the 7 main chrakras. Feel free to join us for them all, or just the ones you feel you need to work on, or that resonate with you.
Monday 24th February 7.00pm – 8.00pm focuses on the Root Chakra, otherwise known as the Muladhara, located at the base of the spine, is the chakra that links to our sense of security and safety. The name of this Chakra Muladhara broken down into the two Sanskrit words means : Mula = root and Adhara= support/base. Balancing and cleansing the root chakra means all the above chakras are supported, and that the foundation to support them has been laid. This chakra is about grounding you, giving you stability in life and focuses on our primary needs such as food, water, safety and a roof over our heads.
Our guided mediation along with gong, Himalayan singing bowls, shamanic drum, handmade tongue pan and chimes will clear, cleanse and balance and reinvigorate you. We will then further amplify the healing with Reiki and honour and nourish our bodies with homemade refined sugar free cakes that correlate to the root chakra.
