This module is designed to equip employees and supervisors with a root cause analysis (RCA)–driven approach to workplace problem-solving. Instead of reacting to symptoms or quick fixes, participants learn how to systematically uncover underlying causes, validate them using data, and implement solutions that prevent recurrence.
