Move with intention, rest in presence. This 60-minute class blends the fluid rhythm of gentle vinyasa with the stillness of yin to support nervous system nourishment and embodied ease. We’ll begin with breath-led sequences to awaken body awareness and gently mobilize the joints, then shift into yin postures held with support and mindfulness to invite surrender, soften tension, and ground through sensation.
