Root & Rise Yoga Workshop

Root & Rise is a monthly opportunity for those seeking connection with themselves and with the community. The experience will weave together gentle grounding movement, moments of stillness infused with Reiki, guided journaling, and open (optional) discussion. It is an offering designed to be supportive and nourishing. A place to pause, connect and reflect. The heart of the practice is journaling and reflective exploration, with open invitation to share in communion. Sharing is always optional but highly encouraged to truly embrace the energy that cultivates a sense of connection. The theme of November's Root & Rise is Gratitude.
