Join us for a full-day wellness retreat intentionally designed to support grounding, nervous system care, creativity, rest, and reconnection.
Throughout the day, participants will experience:

This retreat is rooted in accessible, inclusive, and trauma-informed practices, offering space to slow down and reconnect without pressure or perfection.

Early Registration (May 13–30): $115
Standard Registration (June 1–13): $130
Final Registration (June 14–17): $155
One scholarship spot and one sliding scale option available.
Space is intentionally limited to 12 participants to help create a supportive, intimate, and intentional retreat experience.
