Enjoy a nurturing yoga session, moving through a mindful flow with attention to breath and alignment. The session closes with a Sound & Reiki-infused Shavasana, where soothing sound and gentle energetic support help you fully unwind, restore, and settle into deep relaxation. Led by Fran Lewis and Polly Bolitho.This event will take place outdoors, however in the case of adverse weather the event will be moved to the Gallery. Event ticket includes day entry to the Garden.
