Welcome to Root & Restore: A Black Love Experience!

Join Studio 213 for a relaxing afternoon of personal grounding, restoration, and intimate community connection. For just a few hours, guests are invited to channel all their energy into self-love. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, tickets are limited to 10.

Info: Bring your yoga mat and kick off the day with an outdoor beginner Pilates session led by Killian Lewis. The session is designed help guests loosen up any stored tension and center themselves for a day of self-love and revitalization.

Info: Enjoy a quiet moment of solo meditation, reading, journaling or intentional breathing along with light bites and an herbal tea beverage by Ember & Oak Botanical Teas.

Plant Potting Workshop
Host: Bri & Zee

Info: Studio 213's Bri & Zee will lead guests in an informative plant potting session. Included in your admission price will be 1.) your potting vessel, 2.) a plant of your choice, ranging in difficulty levels from "easy to love" to "handle with care", and 3.) a DIY potting mixture of your choice. Guests will receive in depth education and take-home tips on each plant and potting medium.

Info: Led by The Self-Love Song's Shawana Ward, attendees will engage in a guided sound bowl meditation and relaxation exercise to inspire a peaceful reset of the body and mind.
