Root and Resonance, an evening of movement, music, community and healing.
Join us for a soulful evening designed to reconnect you with your body, your breath and your community. Set in the beautiful atmosphere of Boedecker Cellars, this immersive experince invites you to ground into yourself, move freely, and celebrate the joy of being fully alive.
Whatever your intention for joining, connecting to your breath, dance your heart open, meet like-minded people, or simply soak in the energy this is a space where everyone is welcome- no dance or yoga expereicne required. Just bring your authentic self.
EVENING SCHEDULE
6pm-7pm All Level Yoga (limited spaces)
Begin the evening rooting into your body with an intentional yoga practice guided by Abby Flynn.
(Bring your own yoga mat & any props you would like.)
7pm-8pm Social Hour
Come connect over conversation and meet new friends to settle into a sense of community before dance begins. (optional to enjoy a glass of wine)
8pm- 10pm Dance Medicine
Let the music move you as DJ Flogost and DJ Spencer Drew guide an unforgettable ecstatic dance expereince. Release, express, celebrate and reconnect through free-form movement in a supportive, judgement free space. (no phones or cameras on the dance floor)
10pm-10:30pm Sound Bath with Melanie
We will close the night with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing your nervous system to soften and integrate your experience before heading home feeling grounded, open and renewed.
