Drop into stillness and return to your center. Root & Reset is a weekly class designed to gently ground your nervous system through slow, intuitive movement, breath and meditation. We will begin with soft stretches - shoulder rolls, neck circles and deep breaths - to ease tension and settle into the present. From there, we will journey through a guided meditation and sound healing to reconnect with your body, breath and inner wisdom.
Each class closes with journal prompts to help anchor your insights and intentions into the week ahead. Come as you are. Leave rooted, restored and realigned.
