🌸 What to Expect:
✨ Restorative Yoga + Guided Meditation
Dawn will begin the evening with a deeply relaxing restorative yoga session surrounded by greenery, followed by a guided meditation that invites you to tune into the quiet, grounding presence of plant life.
🌱 Biophilia Talk + Planting Ritual
Kajsa will offer a short, heart-opening talk on biophilia—our innate connection to nature and how plants support our nervous system and emotional well-being. Then, you’ll participate in a hands-on planting ritual: selecting a cutting and potting it with care and intention to take home as a living symbol of your growth.
🪴 Community Plant Exchange (Free & Open to Public!)
At 7:30 pm, the doors will open to the broader community for a plant swap celebration. You're welcome to bring cuttings, rooted or unrooted, potted or wrapped in paper towels—it’s totally up to you. Bring extras to share or swap, and discover new green friends to take home. This is a fun, casual space to trade favorites, chat with fellow plant lovers, and build connections.

Let’s nourish each other—snacks and drinks are welcome during the swap! You’re invited to bring a small snack or treat to contribute to the community table.

Even if you don't attend the yoga portion, you’re warmly welcome to join us for the community swap. Come as you are and bring some green to share! There is a second event listed on our studio schedule for the plant swap only - no charge, we just wanted to have an idea of how many people to expect.
