Celebrate the arrival of spring with a practice that nurtures balance, warmth, and new growth. Join us for a two-part experience that connects you to the vibrant energy of this transitional time. Join us at 4:00 pm to flow through an intentional yoga practice to build warmth and stability, followed by a restful Yoga Nidra experience.

We begin with an hour of soft flow yoga designed to ground and center, incorporating balancing poses and accessible movements that lift and energize. After a brief bio break, we will transition into a curated Yoga Nidra practice that will guide you through a state of deep relaxation, nurturing your body and mind as we embrace the rebirth and new growth that spring brings.

This session is open to all levels and bodies, offering a safe space to reconnect with your inner rhythm as we move through this season of renewal.
