ROOT AND RISE

Join us for a morning of movement, wellness, and community! This special event will begin with a 50-minute Pilates class designed to get you moving and feeling good. The class will focus on mindful classical movements, sculpt strength, and a full-body workout.

After class, the experience continues with time to connect, learn, and explore. We’ll be hosting several local vendors including a natural juice stand, a sea moss wellness stand, and a live embroidery station where you can get items embroidered on the spot for a personalized touch.

Our sea moss vendor will also be hosting a short wellness workshop where you’ll learn about the benefits of sea moss, how it supports overall health, and ways to incorporate it into your daily routine. It’s a great opportunity to gain knowledge while trying something new.

Guests will receive curated goody bags, and you’ll have time to mingle, shop from the vendors, and enjoy the atmosphere with friends and family.
