An Evening of Sound Bath & Forest Bathing at Dahlonega Butterfly Farm
Join us for a rare evening of stillness and restoration at one of North Georgia's most magical settings. Led by licensed mental health counselor and board-certified music therapist Sarah Woolson and wellness facilitator Jaymi Hendrix, this two-part experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with nature, and rest deeply.
Begin by settling in for a Sound Bath among the butterfly gardens, where healing instruments create a calming sonic environment that supports your nervous system in finding deep rest and restoration. Then transition into a guided Forest Bathing experience along a wooded creekside path — a mindful, sensory journey designed to quiet the mind, awaken your senses, and deepen your bond with the natural world.
No experience necessary — just bring a curiosity to connect.
What to bring:
Yoga mats are provided, but bring your own if you prefer
Blanket, pillow, and eye mask for extra comfort during the sound bath
Journal and your favorite pen for forest bathing reflection moments
Water and bug spray
A picnic if you'd like to make an evening of it
Grounds open at 5, mix/mingle/picnic/wine. Visit the Butterfly Flight House before we tuck them in!
Event starts at 6!
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and shoes suitable for walking.
