Roosting: An Evening Sound Bath

Join us for an evening of deep rest and resonant sound. Inspired by the quiet ritual of birds returning to nest, this sound bath invites you to slow down, settle in, and let the vibrations of gongs, bowls, and chimes carry the day away. No experience needed, just bring yourself, a mat or cushion, and a willingness to rest.

What to expect:

• A guided sound bath using bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments
• A calming, low-lit space to fully unwind
• Gentle breathwork or grounding to begin the session
• Time to rest in stillness as the sounds wash over you

Bring a mat, blanket, or anything that helps you get comfortable — we'll take care of the rest.

CANCELLATION POLICY: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Participants may cancel without penalty if greater than 48 hours in advance. Sorry, no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance unless due to health emergencies; however, registrations can be transferred to another program in the future.
