Roosevelt High School Poetry Slam 2024

The Roosevelt Poetry Club will be hosting its 4th Annual Poetry Slam: Stanzas on Business, this May. Join us to celebrate Roosevelt community, culture, diversity and pride through music, art and poetry. There will be a DJ, food vendors, prizes and more. Roosevelt Junior Dylan Ford will be selling pieces from his own clothing line. Please bring your own blanket or chair.

Performances start at 5:30pm sharp. Doors open at 5:00pm. The slam will be at the amphitheater behind the school. Please navigate to the Iowa Avenue entrance for parking and easy access to the event.
