The Newcastle Shieldmaidens first Rookie day of the season is here! Join us at Gosforth Academy at 3pm for a two hour session of American Football. Bring, appropriate sports wear, a jacket if its cold, cleats (plastic studs) and water for hydration!
Any sizes and fitness levels are welcome and no experience is necessary! Send us a message if you have any questions.
