Saddle up! Its the next rookie course for Suffolk Roller Derby. Cant skate? Dont worry, we can teach you?
Dont have gear? Dont worry, we can loan it to you.
We'll take you from Greenhorn to veteran- ok, ive got to stop watching Yellowstone.
Here's the 411:
Our rookie programme is suitable for all abilities, all levels of skaters and ALL people. We'll teach anything from basic skate skills (safe falling, different stops, gaining speed, turning whilst skating) to full derby strategy, at your pace. Once you graduate the programme, you'll join our veterans training building to scrims (practice games) and then games with other leagues.
We train at the following locations and best of all- you can attend both or either or a mix of...s'up to you!
Sundays- Suffolk New College Sports Hall (next to Goals), Ipswich- 6pm til 8pm
Mondays- Curve Motion, Bury St Edmunds - 7:30pm til 9:30

Its also an awesome fixed price of just £50- thats £3.13 per hour if you come to 8 sessions or £1.56 an hour of you come to both sessions each week!!! This includes kit hire too....I mean, you cant argue with that.
