Swim starts 10 metres from shore & heads west along the beach to 100 metres past the 1st break-wall. We stay on the beach side on the way down & open water side on the way back. You can swim in chest deep water! Coach Spot is on his SUP at the back for water safety! 2km swim - 2 loops. Meet on beach at the end of No Name Road opposite 71 Lambton Parade, Swansea Heads
