About this Event
Bondi Bowls RoofTopYoga Brunch @flowwithinez
Join us for an energising morning of yoga on the rooftop and nourishing food at Bondi Bowls - Kampus. Our one-hour yoga flow is suitable for all abilities and will be followed by a grounding relaxation session to set you up for an amazing day! After the session we will make our way down to Bondi Bowls to enjoy a nourishing brunch with a bowl and a drink included in your ticket. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to honour movement, wellness and nourishment with likeminded people in the city!
All materials and matts are provided.
Meet at Bondi Bowls on Chorlton Street at 9AM, choose your brunch bowl and drink for after class then we will take you up to the beautiful Kampus RoofTop Terrace before returning for Brunch at Bondi Bowls!
