Enjoy an outdoor, 60-minute yoga session (all levels) instructed by The Mine's Sidney Nelson with music on the upper deck of the garage. After the practice, refuel and unwind with drinks from Mucho Gusto and breakfast bites from Gundalow Gourmet and more. Your ticket includes yoga session, breakfast bites, bellinis, and a chance at some amazing door prizes.
Please read the details/rules before attending:
• Bring your own mat, water bottle & towel. And if you'd like to spread the love, bring a cat or dog food donation.
• Pre-registration is required as there are only a limited number of tickets available.
• Plan ahead for your visit. After class, visit our restaurants for a bite to eat or grab carry-out for the family and don't forget to take advantage of a little shopping at our boutiques.
• Trader Joe's opens at 8am, indoor shops open at 10am. Visit Directory/The Shops at Kenilworth for individual store hours.
SCHEDULE:
7:30am - 8:30am: Check in, receive your exclusive swag bag, and find a spot for your mat.
8:30am - 9:30am: 60-minute instruction with The Mine's Sidney Nelson and music.
9:30am - 10am: Refuel and unwind with breakfast bites, beverages and a door prize giveaway.
After Party with The Mine until 11am! Following breakfast maximize your wellness at The Mine with free massages, B12 shots, stretching, juices, treats and collect a 10-day Pass to try classes, the open gym, IR Saunas and more!
