We’ll begin with slow, mindful yin postures designed to gently release tension, open the body, and invite the nervous system into a state of ease. Rather than rushing through movement, we’ll take our time—breathing deeply, softening gradually, and creating space within.
Then, settle into deep relaxation as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and sound healing instruments surround you. Let the sounds wash over you as you rest, receive, and simply be.
