Rooftop Wine Tasting at Sunset: South of the Border Wines presented by PMI

Join us on Thursday, July 30th from 7:00–9:00 PM for a guided tasting led by our Beverage Director on The Rooftop at Summerfield Farms. This month's theme is South of the Border Blends—a celebration of the beautiful, nuanced, and often overlooked wines of Mexico.
While many wine lovers immediately think of Europe or California, Mexico has quietly become one of North America's most exciting wine-producing regions. During this tasting, we'll explore four distinctive wines that showcase the country's diverse terroir, innovative winemaking, and remarkable range of varietals—from crisp sparkling wines and aromatic white blends to bold, expressive reds.
Each attendee requires one ticket, which includes four curated wine tastings and a plate of thoughtfully prepared snacks by 1618 On Location to complement the pairings. Beer and additional beverages will also be available for purchase at a cash/credit bar.

WINES
A curated lineup of rosé wines from renowned wine regions around the world, showcasing a variety of styles ranging from crisp and refreshing to complex and expressive. Specific wine selections will be announced closer to the event.

RAIN PLAN
This event is planned for the Rooftop, but if the weather looks questionable, we will move the tasting indoors to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
