Rooftop Wine Tasting at Sunset: Sauvignon Blanc Wines presented by PMI

Join us on Wednesday, May 28th from 6:30–8:30 PM for a guided tasting led by our Beverage Director on The Rooftop at Summerfield Farms. This month’s theme is Sauvignon Blanc—a vibrant and refreshing varietal celebrated for its bright acidity, crisp character, and expressive aromatics.

Known for its lively notes ranging from citrus and green apple to tropical fruit and fresh herbs, Sauvignon Blanc offers a dynamic tasting experience that varies beautifully by region. During this tasting, we’ll explore what makes this varietal so distinctive—from Old World elegance to New World intensity—highlighting how climate, soil, and winemaking techniques influence each glass.

Each attendee requires one ticket, which includes four curated wine tastings and a plate of thoughtfully prepared snacks by 1618 On Location to complement the pairings. Beer and additional beverages will also be available for purchase at a cash/credit bar.
