Rooftop yoga is back in partnership with Ariane & Andrea from Habitual Yoga Space and The Brewing Projekt!Join us for this fun, all-levels rooftop yoga session. Rain or shine we will yoga on since we have a back-up indoor option. 😃
Pop these dates in your calendar - every other Sunday of the summer months at 11am
🌞 Starting Sunday June 2nd through August 25th
⭐️ 11am-12pm all-levels flow yoga
🍉 stay for food trucks, beer and/or bloodies!
- simply book into your class through the link above (registration required in order to sign your yoga waiver) *HYS members CAN use your memberships!
- bring your mat or towel
- show up, roll out on the rooftop patio, and stay for more good times after if you'd like
We absolutely love teaching outdoors as it evokes a different connection with your yoga practice. You're able to breathe in the fresh air, overlook the stunning riverscape, and enjoy camaraderie with the sounds of nature. 🌳🪺🏞
No yoga experience?! THAT'S PERFECT! What a great way to experience yoga for your first time in this laid-back, judgement-free environment! We have made lasting relationships at these events and look forward to meet you!
Did we mention there are food trucks at Brewing Projekt too?! Come on down for your yoga practice and stay for lunch if you so choose. 🥙 🌮 🍕
