Join us on Saturday, July 26th, from 5:00–7:00 PM at HAVN Rooftop in Salt Lake City for an evening dedicated to moving your body through Pilates (for every body), taking a moment to quiet your mind in a world that’s always so loud, and connecting with like minded people who value growth, wellness, and community.
This isn’t just an invitation to meet us, it’s an invitation to meet yourself. To step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with your mind and body, and create space to simply be.
