Agenda
🕑: 09:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Pre-Market Yoga
Info: Step onto your mat and into a space of deep connection with Holly, as she guides you through a gentle yet powerful blend of vinyasa flow and mindful yin yoga. This 40–45 minute class is thoughtfully designed to help you soften, release, and come home to yourself.
Through intentional breathwork, gentle strength-building movement, and restorative holds, you’ll be invited to tune in — not just to your body, but to the deeper rhythms of your heart. Holly’s approach creates space for self-reflection, emotional grounding, and a sense of ease that lingers long after class ends.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey, this practice is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and honor exactly where you are. Come as you are — leave feeling more rooted, more open, and more you.
🕑: 10:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Live Art
Info: Join Kitchen Table Creativity at the Bohemian Bum Farmer's Market for LIVE ART from 10 AM to 3 PM — and become part of a community painting created by all of us, together.
This interactive art experience invites you to tap into your creativity, splash some color, and help build a collective masterpiece. No experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to play with paint. ??️
Why we do it:
“I believe art changes people. It connects us to what makes us human.
I started this little pop-up to curate more joy in my life. It’s so easy to get caught up in ‘society’ that we forget about community. I was losing hope and feeling afraid of my fellow humans… and I needed a reminder:
✨ Even if we are different, we can all slap some pretty colors on a canvas together. ✨”
