Join us for the launch of our new monthly Rooftop Dinner Series where our chefs bring the kitchen right to your table. This September we’re celebrating the bold and soulful flavors of Louisiana Creole cuisine with every dish prepared fresh tableside against the backdrop of a live jazz band setting the mood.
Your evening begins with a handcrafted New Orleans–style welcome cocktail designed by our bartenders to capture the spirit of the Crescent City.

Appetizer: Poached Crawfish in a champagne butter sauce elegantly served in bok choy
Salad: Cajun Corn & Tomato Salad bright and zesty with Southern flair
Main Course: Shrimp Étouffée – East Coast shrimp smothered in a rich Cajun gravy slow-simmered with the “holy trinity” of onions celery and bell peppers infused with garlic herbs and Louisiana spice served over fluffy white rice
