Zumba is a fun, aerobic exercise that combines salsa dancing and aerobic exercise principles. One of the goals of a Zumba® class is to inspire and motivate participants, and part of this goal is to help each person feel better .
So we had combined our passion for Zumba into something positive to help others on their most needed difficult times come along and make a positive impact and help others in their journey through the process of life.
Two hours of fun with the exchange of making less stressful days to the family who are in need.
$15 dollars donation at the door
