Join Ron Carter as he finds THOSE notes in the Symphonic Jazz Concert “Va Pensiero,” a project sponsored by the Italian Consulate of Boston and the Berklee Contemporary Symphony Orchestra, with Marco Pignataro as the artistic director. This show combines contemporary jazz with traditional Italian opera. The band is comprised of the Berklee Contemporary Symphony Orchestra, Berklee Reverence Gospel Choir, Marco Pignataro Quintet, and featured soloists (Ron Carter, Joe Lovano, Kenny Werner, Ron Savage).
