We warmly invite you to a truly special evening of music with Mikhail Voskresensky, one of the last great masters of the Russian Romantic piano tradition. Hailed internationally for his poetic artistry and profound interpretations, Maestro Voskresensky has inspired audiences and mentored generations of world-renowned pianists across the globe.A celebrated laureate of the Schumann, Enescu, Rio de Janeiro, and Van Cliburn International Piano Competitions, he has performed with leading orchestras on five continents and recorded over 50 acclaimed albums. For decades, he served as Chair of the Piano Department at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory, shaping the future of piano performance.
In 2022, at the height of his distinguished career, Voskresensky made the courageous decision to leave Russia in protest of the war, continuing his musical journey in the United States. Now, at 90, his playing remains as passionate and electrifying as ever—his artistry, technique, and expressive depth are simply without equal.
