Holiday Book Swap & Brunch with The Fleuria

Calling all romance lovers! Join us for a festive gathering to celebrate all things romance and the joy of sharing books. Whether your taste leans toward contemporary romance, romantasy, dark romance, or anything in between, this event is for everyone who loves a good love story.

📅 When: Saturday, December 14th, 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

📍 Where: Pitfire Pizza, Manhattan Beach (free holiday parking!)

What We’ll Do:

• White Elephant Book Exchange: Bring one of your favorite romance books, wrapped with a hint or clue, and join a fun game to share and discover new reads.

• Book Swap Table: Have gently used books you’re ready to part with? Bring them along and swap them for something new-to-you! Take one book for every book you bring.

• Brunch & Connection: Enjoy delicious pizza while meeting and connecting with fellow romance readers.

• Bookstore Visit: If you’re up for it, we’ll end the day by walking a short way to a local bookstore to continue the bookish fun!

Details:

• Attendees will purchase their own food and drinks at Pitfire Pizza.

• Your ticket includes the cost of a special Blind Date with a Romance Book from The Fleuria to take home.

Parking:

There is free street parking available around Manhattan Beach during the holidays. For additional options, we recommend the Metlox Parking Structure at 451 Manhattan Beach Blvd, located very close to Pitfire Pizza. Please note that Metlox parking is metered, but offers convenient access to the event.

The Fleuria is a romance book truck launching soon and this event is just one of many ways we’re bringing the romance reader community together, from bookish gatherings to online shopping and future retreats.
