Lotus Queen (DnB Girls / Remote Emissions)
Lotus Queen is a pioneering Calgary drum & bass DJ whose career began in 1998 playing her first gig in the basement of what was then called Java Sharks (now Sal’s on 17th). She was one of the first female drum n bass DJs in Calgary. Known for soulful, energetic liquid DnB with touches of ragga and jump-up. She also hosts Remote Emissions every Friday on CJSW 90.9FM, Calgary’s longest-running DnB radio show.
Jayzen (APEX Unit)
Jayzen is a Calgary-based multi-genre selector with a deep respect for DJs across all styles and scenes. A founding member of Apex Unit, he has collaborated with many crews throughout the city and is passionate about supporting the local community while helping fellow DJs grow behind the decks.

Miss Fudge brings fire with her soulful lyrics and haunting vocals, blending deep basslines with classic amen breaks. With collaborations leading to releases on labels across Canada and the UK—including Machinist Music, Natty Dub Recordings, and Dutty Bass—she continues her steady rise in the bass music scene.

As a producer with releases on West Cove Recordings, NAB DNB, and Spynal Records, his music continues to grow—cementing his place in the evolving drum and bass scene.
Donor (Utility Sound)
An emerging underground producer and DJ of Drum and Bass from Ontario, Canada, now based in Calgary, Donor is known for his track selection and quickly becomes a fan favourite wherever he’s discovered.
Building community around music, Donor has shown commitment as a volunteer from 2018–2023, co-hosting and holding a residency on Hamilton’s long-running Drum and Bass radio show, Hostile Airwaves on 93.3FM and cfmu.ca.
