During this hands-on class, you’ll create:
🍣 Tropical Krab & Mango Cone Hand RollImitation crab, ripe mango, julienned peppers, and fresh cilantro.
🥒 Crispy Cucumber Maki RollAvocado, cucumber, and crispy onions.
🐟 Garden Salmon Maki RollFresh salmon, cucumber, avocado, and carrot.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with handcrafted micro-batch wines from English-Brown Winery, creating a tasting experience that complements every bite.
