In this class, we'll use ALL the therapy balls: the beloved Yoga Tune Up® therapy ball pair, alpha ball, AND Coregeous® ball for a delightful self-massage experience.
The Roll Model Method® myofascial release techniques you'll learn are intended to improve mobility, increase flexibility, ease tension, and reduce "muscle knots" (it's usually your fascia!) throughout your whole body. Expect self-massage for tension-holding "hot spots", as well as active and passive stretching methods - all with the goal of improving the functionality and health of your muscles and connective tissues.
This class is suitable for everyone, no matter what your usual movement and exercise practices are. Be ready to learn more about your body and to learn self-soothing techniques you can use on your own when you need them most. You will quickly notice a huge difference after this self-care practice: better performance of your muscles, more ease in your movements, fewer aches and pains in your body, and reduced stress in your mind!

Cost: $14 drop in or purchase a class pass (10 classes for $120 or 5 classes for $65)
