This program will fully prepare you to start your Rogue BJJ journey when you might not feel quite ready. It will encourage you to embrace BJJ and find comfort in the difficult parts of jujitsu.
Classes within this program are scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00-5:45 pm. Only 12 spots are available for this course. When you sign up, you'll be booked into all 6 sessions.

About:
Learn the essential ‘on the mat’ elements of using foundational grappling techniques to create your BJJ game, and how you can use your intellect to secure your approach and solve problems for self-empowerment and to overcome your opponent. Classes will develop you progressively and be offered slowly to ensure you have the time and space to understand the HOW and WHY of what you’re doing.
This program will help you establish a solid physical foundation for your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey and enhance your mental well-being as you make informed choices that challenge and foster growth. The training will kickstart your BJJ journey and give you a valuable grappling foundation for life.
If you're afraid to try martial arts because you're concerned about getting hurt, intimidated by it, or worried about getting too close to others, but you’re curious, then this course is for you. This course is suitable for everyone. Beginners and experienced students looking to refresh their knowledge.
You'll be provided with a Rogue BJJ Gi and a White Belt at your first session.
Dates:
Mondays 5pm: 13, 20, 27 October
Wednesday 5pm: 15, 22, 29 October
How to best prepare:
Wear casual, modest active attire and bring a water bottle, pen, and notebook. Please arrive 15 minutes before each session to set up and warm up.
