ROCO Run Club is a welcoming, supportive space to get moving, connect with others, and enjoy the city together. Whether you’re building confidence, getting back into running, or simply looking for a feel-good way to move your body, this run is about community, wellbeing, and consistency, not pace or performance.

We run together through well-lit city routes, take in the views, and look out for one another, creating a safe environment where everyone can feel comfortable and included.
