Join us as we showcase all that Rocklin offers to its community and residents at our annual Rocklin Civic Celebration! Highlighting small businesses, restaurants, and City programs. Join for the festivities, to learn more about what the city does, and cap off the evening with fireworks!

WHEN: Saturday, May 2, 2026

WHERE: Johnson-Springview Park, 5480 5th St. Rocklin CA. 95677

TIME: 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

COST: Free admission, open to all

EVENT DETAILS

Time: (Set up time) between 12 p.m. -3 p.m., we will email you your scheduled time slot as we get closer to the event day. (event starts) 4 p.m. / (Firework Finale) 8 p.m.

Projected Attendance: 1000-5000

Vendor Space: 10'x10' spaces. Vendor to provide ez-up tent and table. No electricity will be provided. Vendor may bring a small, quiet generator upon approval from event coordinator. Tent Weights are a requirement to ensure the safety of all that attend this event.

Vendors: Placer County based businesses of all types will be considered for these spaces. In an effort to maximize attendance at your booth, we ask that you provide a free activity to engage the attendees. Some examples of activities that have been successful in the past are:

• Simple art projects for children ranging in age from 3-12 years old.
• Simple carnival style games with small prizes
• Fun photo opportunities

*All activities must be pre-approved by the event coordinator.

Vendor Fees:

• $ 250 Food Trucks
• $200 Dessert Trucks
• $ 150 Vendor
• $ 0 Non-Profits

Limitations: All products and services must be appropriate for audiences of all ages and must not violate any standards of social conduct, including but not limited to items or services that promote hate speech, profane content, discrimination of any sort or violent content. All vendors and products/services and activities must be pre-approved by event coordinator and violations of these policies before, after or during the event will be subject to termination of vendor space without refund.

Deadline to register is Friday, April 10, 2026. Failure to register and pay by that time will result in losing your vendor spot.
