Rockin’ on the Doe, presented by Covered Bridge Jams, a special FREE concert hosted by the Elizabethton Parks and Recreation Department and sponsored by Double Tree by Hilton of Johnson City, will kick off at 6 PM and last until approximately 10 PM. Rockin’ on the Doe will feature a lineup of talented musicians and will wrap up the evening with a headlining performance by the award-winning Chicago Rewired.
Chicago Rewired - The Premier Chicago Tribute Band is a tribute to Chicago, one of the longest-running and most successful pop/rock groups. Formed in 2015, the band has established themselves, playing all over the country at venues large and small. Their eight-piece band features talented musicians who play a variety of instruments, including keyboard, guitar, drums, trombone, and even flugelhorn! Their energy is contagious and the audience is sure to have as much fun listening to them as they are having on the stage.
Bring along a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy an evening of free live music. Food trucks serving this event include: Taco51, Tin Can Diner, Beba’s Rolling Meatball, Sunset Slush, Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ, Sideshow Station Concessions, Good Karma Kettle Corn, Husky Mountain Eatery, and Crafty Dog Co.
