ROCKFORD COMMUNITY 30-DAY WELLNESS INITIATIVE - Feel Good Inside & Out

Directions: Pick up your checklist at Precision Chiropractic, 65 S Main St., Ste 105, Rockford, MI 49341 (M-Thu 8a-6p, Fri 8a-12noon) Complete daily habits for 30 consecutive days and drop off by June 30th to be entered into the drawing. 1st & 2nd place will be awarded July 1st

Includes a weigh-in at the start and the end of challenge. The challenge includes 10 daily habits for overall mind and body wellness. (example checklist below) Good luck, have fun and be well!!

1. Gratitude Practice - Write down 3 things you’re grateful for 2. Mindful Time (AM + PM) - 15–20 min: body movement (walk, bike, yoga, stretch) while focused on thankfulness 3. Hydration - Drink 8–12 glasses of water (use a refillable bottle) 4. Restrict or eliminate refined Sugar & Alcohol 5. Reduce or Eliminate Gluten 6. Take Care of You - Do something you’ve been putting off: Doctor, dentist, call someone, join a gym, self-care time (bath, spa, nails, hair cut, new recipe, get organized) 7. Learn Something New - Read, podcast, research, or explore a new topic 8. Try Something New - New food, workout, hobby, or experience 9. Sleep Routine - Set a bedtime and keep it - No electronics 30 min before bed 10. Get in your steps visiting 8 different businesses listed below Skin Influencer, Quickwater Coffee, Soaring Suds, The Blue Slate Home, Nourish Rockford, Precision Chiropractic, JaDore, Zen Botanicals, Bridge Street Burger Shack, Hotel Rose- Char Barrel, Ila & Lucille, Paper Doll, Cinco De Mayo, Old World Olive, Rockford Foot Depot, Fatzo Pizza, Revenant Ink, Uccello, Pinball Land (Marinades-Grill One Eleven visit between 5-6p for extra 10% off) Prizes include many gift cards, retail items, and an overnight stay at Hotel Rose w/ $100 gift card for Char & Barre
